Rabbi Nathan Weiner

Rabbi Nathan Weiner has been an active leader in the Southern New Jersey Jewish community since 2011. A creative and innovative teacher, organizer, and spiritual guide, he previously served as Director of Jewish Outreach and Engagement for the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey and as the rabbi of Congregation Beth Tikvah in Marlton, NJ.

Rabbi Weiner received the title of Rabbi in 2016 when he graduated from the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College. He holds a B.A. in Human Services from The George Washington University, with a minor in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution. He is currently pursuing certification as a Sex Educator and Counselor through the Sexual Health Alliance, reflecting his commitment to holistic, inclusive, and justice-centered spiritual leadership.

Beyond the pulpit, Rabbi Weiner is active in both local and national Jewish leadership. He serves as a board member and the education chair for the Rabbis and Cantors Retirement Plan (RCRP) and he chairs the Rabbinic Campaign for the Reconstructionist Movement. He is a past president of the Tri-County Board of Jewish Clergy and recently served on the Joint Placement Commission of the Reconstructionist Movement. He is also a recent fellow of the Clergy Leadership Incubator (CLI), a rabbinic fellowship supporting visionary leadership.
